With over 20 years of experience in Afro hair braiding, I've learned that the best results come from listening first. Every head of hair is different, every scalp has its own sensitivities, and every client walks in with their own story — tight braids that hurt in the past, thinning edges, a sensitive scalp, or simply the desire for a relaxing moment to themselves. I take the time to hear all of it before I even pick up a braid.
From Micro Braids, Knotless Braids and classic Box Braids to detailed Feed-in Cornrows and custom protective styles, I braid with a soft, even hand — no unnecessary pulling, no rushed sections, no irritation. At Achaelle hair braiding, we value your time and investment. Please carefully review our core hair and salon policies before scheduling your appointment:
• We ONLY provide Black Hair Extensions in Color #1 and Color #1B.
Other color extensions are NOT provided by the salon.
• YOU CAN BRING YOUR OWN COLORS FOR $10 OFF
• Curly hair extensions are NOT provided by the salon under any circumstances. For all Boho Knotless, Island Twist, or Gypsy styles, clients MUST bring their own premium human hair curly bundles/bulk hair.
• A secure $25 deposit is required at booking and will be deducted from your final total balance.
• Final remaining balances can be paid via: zelle (Preferred) OR cash
• Appointment durations listed online are estimates based on standard bra-length braids. Choosing longer lengths (butt-length, thigh-length) will require additional time. If you are in a rush, please do not book on that specific day, as we never compromise on quality and neatness.
• For any nighttime or late appointments after 6:00 PM, please contact us directly via phone at least 2 days in advance to secure your slot.
• We accept Zelle for over-the-phone bookings. Cash deposits can also be made directly at the shop.
