1. Introduction

Welcome to Achaelle hair braiding. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (https://achaellehairbraiding.com/) and our hair braiding services. By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Offered

We provide professional hair braiding and related beauty services. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Hair Extension Colors We ONLY provide black hair extensions in Color #1 and Color #1B. We do not stock or provide any other extension colors.

Clients who wish to use a different color may bring their own extensions and will receive $10 off their service.

Curly Hair Extensions Curly hair extensions are not provided by the salon under any circumstances. For all Boho Knotless, Island Twist, or Gypsy styles, clients must bring their own premium human hair curly bundles/bulk hair.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person.

A secure $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final total balance.

Clients must arrive on time for their appointment. Late arrivals may result in service delays or rescheduling.

No Cancellations — Rescheduling Only: We do not offer cancellations. If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may reschedule to a new date instead.

In the event of a cancellation, the $25 deposit is non-refundable. Clients may apply it toward a new appointment date within 60 days of the original booking date.

If no new appointment is booked within this 60-day window, the deposit is forfeited and the booking is considered closed.

Appointment Duration: Durations listed online are estimates based on standard bra-length braids. Longer lengths (e.g., butt-length, thigh-length) will require additional time. If you are in a time constraint, please do not book on that day — we never compromise on quality and neatness for the sake of time.

Late-Night Appointments: For any appointment after 6:00 PM, please contact us directly by phone at least 2 days in advance to secure your slot.

4. Pricing and Payments

Service prices are listed on our website and may change at our discretion.

A $25 deposit is required to secure your booking and is applied toward your final balance.

Deposit Payment: Deposits can be paid via Zelle (for over-the-phone bookings) or cash (paid directly at the shop).

Final Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due at the time of service and may be paid via Zelle (preferred) or cash. We currently do not accept credit/debit cards for final payments unless otherwise stated.

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services, and deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances (see Section 3 for the rescheduling policy in case of cancellation).

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure their hair is clean and free of any products that may interfere with the braiding process.

If a client has any allergies or scalp conditions, they must inform us prior to service.

Extensions: Clients requiring colors outside of #1/#1B, or curly textures for Boho Knotless, Island Twist, or Gypsy styles, are responsible for bringing their own premium human hair extensions/bundles as specified in Section 2.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper aftercare, failure to follow maintenance instructions, or the quality of hair extensions supplied by the client.

6. Health and Safety

We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols for all tools and equipment. If a client exhibits any signs of illness, we reserve the right to reschedule their appointment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Achaelle hair braiding and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any allergic reactions, hair damage, or dissatisfaction with services provided, including issues arising from hair extensions supplied by the client. Under no circumstances shall Achaelle hair braiding be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services or these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Mesquite, Texas jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
